Chapter 2-
Port Charles: Scorpio Household
Felicia: (Calling out) Mac, Mac where are you?
Felicia knew where Mac was. He was in the same spot that he has been going to for the last
three years whenever he needed to feel close to her.
Robin's Room: Felicia peeks her head into the dreary bedroom. She sees Mac sitting on the
bed holding a picture of him and Robin. He had done this often, ever since he found out
that she had died.
Felicia: (With a worried look on her face) You know that this isn't really healthy Mac. I
am worried about you.
Mac: I know, I just want to feel close to her. She was all I had left of the Scorpios. We
are almost extinct. It's my fault you know. (Starting to cry and talking slowly) It I had
been there for her like I should have been then maybe things could be different.
Felicia: (With tears filling her eyes she softly says) Mac you can't blame yourself. Robin
wouldn't want that. It's nobody's fault!
Mac: (He laughs slightly then turns serious) Nobody's fault? She killed HERSELF Felicia!
She was all alone and hurting. I shouldn't have let her go all the way to Paris so soon
after her breakup with Jason. I swear one day he is going to pay for the pain he put her
through.
Felicia: Mac you know damn well that once Robin has her mind made up there is no changing
it. She was like Anna. She wanted to go to Paris and that is when she wanted to go.
Mac: (Rubbing his temples) I knew how hard this whole breakup and Michael situation was
hitting her. I just ignored it. I was glad that she broke-up with Morgan. Oh and then
there is Sonny, her big brother. That is what she called him right? (He said more as a
statement) Don't get me started on Sonny Corinthos....he was supposed to love her and
protect her right? No matter how much I hated the guy I never would have thought that he
would have left her out in the cold. She needed him, she needed her big brother but NO he
left her on the docks crying and alone.
Felicia: (Sadly) There's nothing we can do now Mac. We just have to move on and honor her
memory. It has been three years now.
Mac: (Questioning) How can I move on when I have so many questions? Why did she do it huh?
She was so brave. I cannot believe that she would take her own life; it's just so unreal.
(Laughs a little) Sometimes I forget that she is gone. I keep on waiting for her to call
or send me one of her long detailed letters. I am never going to get another call or
letter. I am never going to see her beautiful face or hear her little laugh. She is never
going to make me her famous pancakes and surprise me in bed. She was my niece no my
daughter and I lost her. (Felicia had tears streaming down her face, it breaks her heart
to see Mac like this.)
Felicia: Oh Mac, I am so sorry she is gone its been three years.....
Mac: (Interrupts her and starts sobbing) I know it's just that I miss her so much. I was
supposed to take care of her for Robert and Anna...look at what happened...I let them
down...I let me down.
Mac falls to the ground with the picture still in hand and presses it to his chest as he
cries uncontrollably. Felicia gets on her knees and puts her arms around him.
Felicia: No Mac...no....
Luke's Club: In the backroom you see Luke sitting at his desk pouring himself a shot of
scotch.
Luke: (Looking at the picture of Lucky on his desk as he raises his glass) Here's to you
Cowboy! (He takes the warm liquid and throws it down his throat. And then sets the shot
glass down.)
There is a knock on the door.
Luke: Come on in... (In walks in none other than "Herr Kreig")
Faison: Mr. Spencer I hope that I am not disturbing you but I need to be in Greece by this
afternoon. I was hoping you wouldn't mind me stopping by earlier than expected?
Luke: No problem Herr, that's fine with me.
Faison: Do you have the stone for me?
Luke: Depends do you have the money and one of those famous cigars that I like so much?
Faison: (Chuckles) Of coarse I do Mr. Spencer.
Luke: Well than I think that we can do business. (Luke turns around and enters the code
into his safe. He pulls out a smaller piece of the Ice Princess.)
Faison: Excellent, I hate to leave so soon but I have a date this evening that I don't
want to miss.
Luke: No problem, I have a few things I'd like to do today also. (He says this as he
places his money in to the safe and hands "Herr" the big rock.)
Faison: (Quietly smirks) I bet!
Luke eyes Faison with suspicion. As Faison is getting up to leave in walks Laura Spencer.
Laura: (Surprised) Oh sorry to burst in..(as she eyes Faison) I can wait...
Luke: (Interrupts) That's okay Babe. I was just finishing up here. I would like you to
meet an associate of mine, Herr Kreig. Herr this is my wife Laura.
Laura: Nice to meet you Mr. Kreig. (She bows her head a little in a polite greeting)
Faison: The pleasure is all mine. I have heard plenty about the famous Laura Spencer. I am
so LUCKY to have met you.
Laura: (She laughs uneasily) All good I hope?
Faison: Yes of coarse. Well, I must be leaving now. Good day Mr. Spencer and good day to
you Mrs. Spencer. (He takes her hand and kisses it) If I am LUCKY then maybe I'll have the
pleasure of seeing you again. He then exits the office.
Laura: He is kinda strange.
Luke: I know Babe, but enough about him; how are you doing today?
Laura: (Turns to Luke with tears in her eyes) I'm okay!
Luke: (Tears filling his own eyes) Oh come here Baby. (Laura goes to Luke and he holds her
close in his arms) I still can't believe its been three years ago today.
Sonny's Penthouse: The penthouse is quiet and all the lights are turned off. You see Sonny
Corinthos staring out the "famous" window drinking a shot of Brandy.
Sonny: (Talking to himself) I'm sorry Stone, I should have been there for her. I should
have helped her when she came to me. It's all my fault and I am so sorry...I'm sorry
Brenda. (He throws his glass across the room and then drops to his knees crying) I'm sorry
Robin, I never wanted to hurt you. Oh God Robin......Oh god.....
The Bridge: Jason drove up on the bridge on his Motorcycle. He sat there for a second then
slowly got off his bike. He walked over to the ledge of the bridge. Jason had been coming
to the bridge a lot ever since Robin died. It hurt him a lot but he wanted to feel the
pain. He wanted to feel the pain that Robin went through. It was his fault she was gone.
If he hadn't taken advantage of her she wouldn't have killed herself. They could be happy
together. He shouldn't have taken Carly under his wing, how could he be so stupid. What
was he thinking? He jumps onto the ledge of the bridge. He peers down to the dark water
below. Its all he thought about since Robin died. All he wanted to do was jump. If Robin
could do it why couldn't he?
Jason: (Yells and Crying) How Robin....How?
He still didn't see how Robin could jump. Sure, he wanted to do it. He has come close to
it many times but he told himself that that would be too easy. He wanted to feel her pain.
He wanted to hurt like she did before she died. So he did. Everyday walking around and
living without her his true love Robin Scorpio.
The Cemetery: You see a headstone that reads "Lucas Lorenzo Spencer Junior
May
he Forever Rest in Peace"
Two figures approach the grave.
Nicholas: (Worried) Are you sure you want to do this?
Liz: (Touching his arm in comfort) I have to...I have to say good-bye.
Nik: Okay I will be waiting over by that bench.
Liz: Okay. (Nicholas walks away. Liz places a single white rose on the tombstone.) Hi
Lucky! Wow three years without you. I miss you, you know. But I came here today to say
good-bye. (Tears start filling her eyes) I will always love you but I found love again. I
have moved on with Nicholas. It was hard but I did it. Nicholas and I are getting married
May 1st. He loves me and I love him. (Tears trickle down her cheeks) And I'm happy.
(Choking back the sobs) Good-bye Lucky my first love.
She kisses her hand and touches the headstone. She gets up and brushes off her pants then
walks over to Nicholas. Holding hands they walk out never once looking back.
