Chapter 1-
Background Information: Robin told the truth about Michael's
paternity and was banished from the lives of Jason Morgan and Sonny Corinthos. With much
grace she picked up her shattered life and decided to go to Paris to continue her
schooling. In April of 1999 she was taken from her home by none other than her parent's
killer Cesar Faison. In the meantime back home at Port Charles Lucky Spencer was
supposedly died because of a fire in his room above the bike shop. He is in fact alive but
being held against his will by the same bastard Cesar Faison. It is now April 2002, three
years after Robin and Lucky were taken from their homes. They are really close but who
wouldn't be after being locked together for three years. Without each other they would
have given up long ago.
Robin was there for Lucky when he had and has his frightening nightmares about Cesar
Faison hurting his love back home Elizabeth Webber. Lucky held Robin when she dealt with
the fact that this was the man that killed her parents and ruined her childhood. They both
were hurting badly. Faison has been showing Lucky and Robin tapes of life back home in
Port Charles since they arrived in the compound. Many of the tapes had Nicholas (Lucky's
half brother) and Elizabeth (his girlfriend) falling in love. He even had a tape of
Nicholas proposing to Elizabeth at the New Year's Eve benefit. She joyfully excepted and
they are expected to wed on May 1st. A little than a month away. It hurt Lucky deeply to
know that Liz could move on so quickly and with his brother. Robin tried to comfort him
but there was little she could do to take away the pain. In some ways she could relate,
she got to witness the marriage of Jason and Carly. Which took place shortly after she was
kidnapped. She knew that Jason did it for Michael but it still hurt. She also had a hard
time swallowing the fact that Sonny approved of what Jason was doing. He must have if he
was willing to be the best man in the wedding. Lucky got to know the pain that Jason and
his cousin put Robin through. He swore if he got out of here that one thing he would do is
go pay Mr. Morgan a visit and show him some pain.
Lucky decided that enough was enough. It was their time to escape. It had already been
three years, he didn't want to waste any more of his life in a steel cell. He had come to
the conclusion that everybody thought they were dead. He knew that the town was told he
died in a fire but he couldn't believe that his father bought it. Robin, she was a
mystery. Faison never told them how she "died". So it was decided nobody was
going to be showing up to save them, it was time to use his Spencer wisdom. Having a
Scorpio with him was having its advantages also.
Present time (Setting): A room made of steel containing two beds, a desk with a computer
and chair, a stereo system and an alarm clock. Yes, this was home.
Robin: (Sitting on her bed, asking disbelieving) Your sure that this going to work?
Lucky: No, but it is our only chance. Faison is leaving for Greece this evening and he
will be gone until tomorrow night. When Francis brings our breakfast tomorrow we knock him
out, take his gun then get the hell out.
Robin: (Smirking) Well when you put it like that.....no seriously, Lucky how are we going
to knock Francis out as you say? If it was this easy why didn't we do it three years ago?
And what about my cocktail?
Lucky: I figured out how to get the cameras in the observation room to play scenes from
yesterday. Before I wasn't sure if it would work now I am. Faison has never been gone over
night before that we know of. I still don't get why he tells us when and where he is
going. And about your pills you had some on you when you got here right? Take those and we
will just have to get to PC fast. It's something we have to do Robin.
Robin: (Gets up and is pacing the room) I know that believe me I know. I can't even stand
to stay here one more minute much less another year. Faison has stolen to much of our
lives. It's time to get back what is ours. The question is what is there left to get back?
Lucky: (Laughing slightly) Hey don't sweat the small stuff. I'll be there for ya Babe. I
also hope you're there for me when I beat the bloody pulp out of Prince Nikky.
Robin: (Seriously) I hope everything works out for you but know that I'll always be there
for you. (They get up and hug each other. They stay in that position for a minute then
decide it is time work out their plan.)
*A couple of hours later*
Faison walks in.
Faison: Well how are my favorite victims doing tonight? (Looks at Robin) I swear you look
more like your mother Anna each time I see you. (He reaches out to touch her face but
Lucky jumps off his bed where he was sitting quietly and pushes him back.)
Lucky: (Yelling) Don't touch her!!!
Faison: (Smirks) And you grow more like that smart ass father of yours everyday. That is
really a shame some people are just plan unlucky, he says with a laugh.
Robin: (Sneering) Okay okay your fun is over what do YOU want?
Faison: You REALLY are Anna's daughter. I just came to tell you that I am going to be
leaving for my business trip. I will be back tomorrow evening. I will be sure to come and
visit you upon my return. Francis will be bringing in your meals like always. I hope you
guys don't miss me too much. (He gives a wretched laugh)
Lucky: (Smirks) That shouldn't be a problem.
Faison: (He stares directly at Lucky) There should be NO problems while I'm gone.....you
do know the consequences!
*Faison Leaves*
Lucky has tried to continually escape throughout the years at the compound. He never has
brought Robin with him because he never had a concrete plan. Each time he was caught and
given a sever beating in which they made Robin watch in horror.
Lucky: Okay you should try to get some sleep; you need all the strength you can get for
tomorrow.
Robin: (Worried) What about you? I don't want you up all night.
Lucky: I just want to go over some of the last minute details, then I will hit the sac.
Robin: Okay you better. (She lies down on her bed and quickly falls a sleep.)
Lucky: (Looks over at Robin) Please God help us!
He too then gets in to bed. Robin and Lucky have been asleep now for about two hours now.
Lucky: (In his sleep) No please don't hurt her....No don't .....please....
Robin: (Wakes up because of Lucky's cries. She goes over to his bed and gently shakes
him.) Lucky it is just a dream, wake up.
Lucky jerks up suddenly. He looks around and sees Robin standing next to him. He can't get
the images in his dream out of his head.
Robin: (Curious but worried at the at the same time) Lucky was it the same dream?
Lucky thinks to himself: How could he tell her about this one? He just nods his head he
doesn't want to tell her the truth that instead of Elizabeth being taken by Faison and
being beaten to death he sees Robin!!!!!!
Robin: Do you want me to lay with you?
Lucky and Robin did that often in the three years that they had been held captive
together. When one of them had a nightmare or was in pain or scared they would lie in bed
together holding his head once again. He lifts the blankets up so she can crawl into the
bed. Once settled, Robin opens her arms and Lucky goes right to them. That's how they
stayed the rest of the night holding each other.
