Chapter 2:

Liz opened her eyes to find herself in the ladies room of the OUTBACK, with Emily and Lark looking at her.

"Are you alright?" her two friends said in unison.

"I’m fine, I just could have sworn I saw Lucky Spencer on stage." Liz said calmly.

Emily and Lark glance at each other.

"Liz, um…I don’t know how to tell you this but, that was Lucky." Emily said, unsure of her friends reaction.

"No, he can’t be back. Lucky left town and no one had heard from him, not me, not his parents, not Nikolas, not Lulu." Liz began to yell.

"Liz take a deep breath. He’s back now and that has no bearing on your relationship with Nikolas." Lark said.

"I know but, why in the world did he have to come back now! Three months before Nikolas and I get married.

"Liz, this is Lucky were talking about. Chances are he doesn’t know of the engagement." Emily said trying to reassure her friend.

"Emily! It was mentioned on Access Hollywood. It’s not everyday a Daytime Drama Star marries one of the top independent film producers of the day."

"Well, it’s not like the soap star is going to run off and marry the rock star. Right?"

"Of course not, I love Nikolas, I’m over Lucky."

"Are you sure?" Lark asked.

"Why would you ask that!?" Emily exclaimed.

"He left her high and dry, no explanation what-so-ever." Lark explained.

"Am I not in the room?" Liz asked.

"Sorry." They said yet again in unison.

Lucky’s set had ended and Nikolas was about to walk into the Ladies room to make sure Liz was alright. As he got out of his chair he found his brother standing in front of him.

"Nikolas, long time no see."

Nikolas stood, looked his brother over and then looked at his mother and mouthed the words, I’m sorry. Nikolas then clenched his hand into a fist and punched Lucky across the jaw. Lucky lost his balance slightly and took a few steps back before it was recovered.

"What was that for Nikolas?" Lucky asked stunned.

"For all the hurt, and pain you’ve caused; Mom, Lulu, Me, ELIZABETH."

"What?"

"Your kidding me right?"

"No, what are you talking about?"

"Liz cried for day’s after you left. She’s over you now, she’s happy. Don’t hurt her again."

"What do you care Nikolas?"

"I LOVE her, she and I are getting married in three, count them THREE MONTHS. Don’t hurt her. If you do, You’ll get more then a punch from me."

"Fine whatever you say." Lucky stormed off.

Maxie Jones’ walked into the ladies room and saw Emily, Liz, and Lark.

"You’re missing everything. Nikolas just punched Lucky and told him not to hurt Liz again." Maxie reported.

"Why in the world did he have to come back!" Liz yelled.

"Simple, he’s a man and doesn’t know how much pain he can cause." Maxie said.

Lark, Emily, and Liz looked at the young eighteen year old.

"What? Just because I’m eighteen doesn’t mean I don’t know anything about guys, but I did get that line from one of your scenes last week on Sapphire Falls, Liz."

"I knew that sounded familiar."

"I better get back there before my Mom and Mac realize I’m not seating everyone. Not like that’s needed. Ciao."

Maxie left and the three others looked at each other.

"Okay, it’s a sad day when an eighteen year old, high school senior is given three very prominent Port Charles women advice on men." Emily said.

"Let’s see we’ve got the Model, the Actress, and the ADA. Yet love advice from a high school senior." Lark said as she glanced down at her watch. "We better get back out there before Nikolas breaks down the door to get to his princess."

"Ha ha, very funny Lark." Said Liz.

"You know it’s true." Emily said.

Emily, Lark, and Liz entered the dining room and returned to their seats. Lucky got on stage and winked at Liz. Nikolas clutched his fist tightly and Liz glared at Lucky.

"This next song is one of the first I wrote." He looks at Liz.

"Oh no." Emily muttered.

"What’s wrong Em?" Lark asked.

"He’s gonna sing Elizabeth."

"Should we hold Nik back or should we hold Liz back?"

"We’ll find out."

The song started to play and Liz looked as though she was going to jump on stage and smack Lucky. Nikolas looked about ready to kill his brother. Lucky finished the song and continued with the set. Afterwards he jumped off stage, and walked over to Liz. He tried to hold her hand but she snatched it back.

"Lucky Spencer, I hope you rot in hell and die."

Before Lucky knew what was happening Liz had slapped him across the face.

"What was that for?" He asked.

"For every lousy thing you ever did to me." She took Nik’s hand and they walked out of the OUTBACK.

Emily walked up to Lucky, "Your such an ass."

"What did I do?"

"You never said good-bye. Liz was heart broken. She’s over you now though. She’s going to marry Nikolas in THREE, count them THREE MONTHS."

"Why does everyone keep saying that?"

"Because it’s the truth."

"Why didn’t anything happen between you and Nikolas?"

Emily rolled her eyes, "Because I…I….started dating someone else."

"Who?"

"Chris Ramsey."

Lucky’s jaw drops. "He’s like 10 years older then you."

"He’s also dead."

"Oh."

"Jason killed him."

"Oh my….why?"

"Chris and I broke up, Jason thought Chris was cheating on me."
