Ryan stared at the sleeping Lucky Spencer on the couch as he plotted his next move. Then Ryan left him and headed to the main desk to talk to the clerk. A few minutes later, Ryan returned to the couch with an evil grin appearing on his face.
Ryan muttered to himself,''Now, I have to be my stuffy twin brother who thinks he is better than everyone else including me. But he is wrong, for I am more brilliant than him and rest of world. And Faison won't be saying these words since I will have his prize

He's blindfold around the world to a secret location.

Ryan chuckled, then gently woke Lucky up.
Lucky was startled by who he saw and immediately said, ''Dr. Collins??? Is that really you? Where are my parents??''
''Of course, it is me.'' Ryan said smoothly.
''Where are my parents,'' Lucky repeated.
''I know where you are parents are. I will take you where they are,'' Ryan lied.
''Are they here at the hotel?'' Lucky asked excitedly.
''No, they are in Alexandria. Faison left them a clue saying you were there. I felt it was wild goose chase and stayed behind here in Cairo. I was meeting an old friend here that would aid us in our search, but he had left the country already. I couldn't believe how fortunate it was to find you. Your parents and our friends will be so ever so happy that I found you,'' Ryan grinned
''No, I was fortunate one that you found me, Dr. Collins'' Lucky said gratefully.
''How did you ever escape from such a clever man such as Faison?'' Ryan asked.
''Oh,'' Lucky smirked, ''That stupid guard decided to visit with the driver up front, thus leaving me alone in the back. I took the opportunity to escape when the car stopped at the Pharaonic Village and made my escape. Some nice people helped me and I found my way to this hotel.''
Ryan grinned and thought to himself that Lucky would never escape him.
He spoke warmly, ''You are certainly a Spencer. Always able to get yourself out of Jam. Come, have a shower in my hotel room and we'll get you something to eat.''
''Aren't you going to call my parents?'' Lucky asked.
''Sure, I will, but first we must take of you. I also have to book the train to Alexandra as well so we can meet them there. Let's go. Lucky,'' Ryan said quickly.
''Ok, that sounds good to me,'' Lucky said uneasily.
As Lucky followed Ryan, he thought to himself something was very wrong here. Maybe, Faison was near by, and he felt his presence. All he knew that he needed to keep his guard up till he reunited with parents.

''No, sign of Lucky,'' Ari reported on the phone to Faison who was in the car.
''Hmm, I wonder where he is?'' Faison said to himself.
''Ari, any sign of the Spencers or their friends,'' Faison asked.
''No,'' Ari said,''And the desk clerk has seen them. The other men have called me and haven't seen Lucky yet.''
''Well, keep looking!!!'' Faison yelled,''He must be found!!''
Faison hung up the phone and threw the phone on the seat.
''Dammit! I sure hope that the Spencers and their friends haven't found Lucky. That would ruin our own plan.''
''Why is our plan ruined?'' a cold voice said.
Faison looked up and saw Helena staring at him

''Wow, this place is beautiful! I wonder how old the building is,'' V exclaimed as they entered the the hotel
Nicholas picked up a pamphlet and summarized from some of it, ''It was built around a magnificent royal resident constructed by the orders of the KN edive Ismail to mark the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869. It is elegantly detailed and lovingly restored which features modern accommodations today.''
''That's nice, Nik,'' Luke remarked, ''but that information has nothing to do why were here. We only came here to look for that Tammy person''
''Luke, Nicholas was only to trying to help V.'' Laura said calmly.
''I know, but this not time to give tour guides,'' Luke spoke sharply.
''Ok, everybody calm down!'' Mac said loudly.
''That right,'' Felicia spoke up, ''We need to find Ryan and I hope that Tammy can help us out.''
''Felicia, right,'' Kevin said in agreement.''We need to find my brother before he harms anyone. We can't do anything about Lucky till the 18th.''
Suddenly Lucy yelled, ''Hey, little Miss hussy, we need to talk to him, but don't you hug my man.''
Tammy looked startled as she came off the elevator with another lady.
''What, do you want? Oh, Dr. Stone, you little rascal. I can't believe after all this time, you were holding out on Melissa and I, about your secret woman. A bit protective isn't she,'' Tammy chuckled.
''Yes, she is. And my name is Lucy, thank you very much,'' Lucy sneered.
''Enough, Lucy. Now is the not the time,'' Kevin said quickly.
''Hi, Tammy, I'm not Dr. Stone, but Dr. Kevin's Collins. Tell me is Dr. Stone first name, Ryan?'' Kevin asked.
''Yes, you know your name is Ryan. Is this some kind of joke, Dr. Stone?'' Melissa asked.
''No, it is not joke. I'm DR. Stone's twin brother and we have lost touch. I'm have been trying to track him down for a long time.''
''Oh, DR. Stone never mentioned he had a brother or much family. Did you have a falling out?'' Tammy inquired.
''Yes... you could say that. Can all of us go somewhere private and discuss Ryan with you two? There is something you must know about him'' Kevin said quietly.
''Ok, Let's head to our hotel room,'' Melissa and Tammy both said at once.
As the group headed to the elevator, Kevin pulled Lucy back.
''What up, Doc?'' Lucy asked looking into his eyes.
''I am afraid what to hear what Ryan has done in that town in Canada. What if he has gotten away with murder again or killed again while following us.'' Kevin said with a worried tone in his voice.
Lucy kissed him tenderly, ''What ever is the problem, we will handle Ryan together. You hear me , Doc!''
Kevin kissed her back, ''I hear you. I love you so much''
Lucy smiled, ''I know! Let's go find up to what Ryan has been up to.''
Kevin nodded and rejoined the group in the elevator.
