| Part 7 Lucky: (Looking down he sees Robin on the ground and falls to his knees. Not caring about Robin's nakedness he scoops her up into his arms.) It's Okay Baby I'm here. Lucky pushes past Luke and Mac just caring about getting Robin out of the house. Holding Robin tight Lucky goes flying down the stairs, out the door with Mac and Luke close behind. Sirens could be heard in the distance coming closer. Lucky sits down on the grass cuddleling Robin in his arms. Lucky:(Stroking Robin's face) Come on baby wake-up. (Sonny who is now hovered over Robin also, removes his jacket and places it over Robin) Robin:(Slowly opens her eyes, talking in a whisper) I love you Lucky, remember always! (Then her eyes shut again) Lucky:(Craddling Robin in his arms gently rocking her back and forth, he's crying heavily) No...no Robin! Robin, I love you! You got to wake-up Baby come on..No!! Luke, Mac and Sonny all have tears coming down their faces. Mac wanted to hold his niece but there was no way he could get her from Lucky. Mac thought to himself, ''Faison is going to pay, if Robin isn't okay I will see to it that he dies a slow painful death!'' Sonny is now knealing close to Lucky and Robin. He wanted to be there for Robin make up for what he did. He couldn't lose his little sister again. Not again, he just got her back and he needed to tell her that he was wrong and that he was sorry. Lucky:She's cold! She's so cold, somebody get a blanket. Come on Robin you can do this. (Behind them you see a ambulance pull up.) Mac:(Trying to take Robin) Come on Lucky, let me take Robin. The ambulance is here, she needs to go to the hospital. You want to help Robin right? The medical team heads over to Lucky, Mac and Robin. A#1: What do we got? Mac: She is 24 years old and HIV positive. There was a fire in the bathroom she just got out of the shower. She couldn't get out the door was stuck we had to break it down. A#2: Okay we'll take it from here. Luke:(Seeing that Lucky wasn't letting go of Robin) Cowboy, Robin needs to go to the hospital. You need to let them help her. (Lucky looks up at Luke his eyes like those of a lost puppy) Luke: They are going to help her for you. Lucky:(Looks at the doctors) Your going to help her right? A#2: We sure are going to try. You have to let us though. Lucky reluctantly lets go of Robin, letting the paramedics put her on to a stretcher and on oxygen. Soon hurrying her into the ambulance. There was only one problem. A#1: Who is going to be riding along with us? Lucky&Mac: I am! A#1: We don't have time for this, you can both come along just don't get in our way. Lucky and Mac jump into the waiting ambulance. Mac calls out to Luke. Mac: Luke take care of things here then come to the hospital. Make sure Felicia knows where we are. Luke: No problem Bubba! The ambulance speeds off. On the other side of the house: Eric:(Into a cell phone) It's all taken care of Boss, lets just say they have been warned. Uh huh, Mac doesn't suspect a thing. Back to the front of the home: Sonny turns his attention to the Scorpio home. There were firemen coming in and out of the house. He vaguely heard someone say the flames have been put out. From behind he hears Luke call his name. Luke: Sonny...yo Partner....Sonny? Sonny:(Turns to face Luke) Huh...sorry man lost in thoughts. Luke: Miss. Scorpio is going to be just fine. She is a fighter just like her mother. Sonny: Somebody let Faison or one of his goons on the grounds and they are going to pay for it. (With that Sonny goes stalking off) Sonny walks to the back of the house where his two guards that were guarding the house lay unconcious. He checks their pulses and sees that they are still alive. Luke comes up behind Sonny. Luke: Looks like Faison means business. Sonny:(Standing up) Robin and Lucky aren't safe here. We need them somewhere safe and fast. Luke: First we need to make sure the little lady is okay. Let's finish up here, I want to get to the hospital. (Sonny nods his head in agreement.) The hospital: Mac and Lucky have been waiting in the waiting room for about a half hour now. Mac is sitting in a chair and rubbing his tense face with his fingers. Lucky has been pacing back and forth constantly since they arrived. Mac:(To Lukcy) Why don't you sit down? Pacing isn't gonna make the doctor come out any faster and you need to calm down. Trust in Robin. Lucky looks at Mac blankly then sits down. Mac: (Trying to convince Lucky and himself) She is going to be just fine. She is a fighter just like her father. Lucky:(Looks up at Mac with tears in his eyes) What if she doesn't want to fight anymore? Mac sits there thinking about what Lucky just said. What if Lucky is right? Robin has been through so much why wouldn't she just want to go to someplace peaceful and calm. It isn't like she wouldn't have anyone who loves her there. No we can't think like that. Joe Scanlon walks into the waiting room, immediately Mac and Lucky jump up. Mac: How is she? Joe: Robin hasn't woken up since she got out of the house. Which really isn't a good sign. Normally patients like this are awake by now. She has inhaled lots of smoke and its clogging her lungs. We have her on oxygen. She has also a slight concussion. I am guessing she got when she fell. She is pretty lucky she doesn't have any burns. Lucky:(interrupting) Will she be okay? Joe: That all depends on when she wakes up. With a concussion it isn't good for her to be unconscious. Right now I am saying that she should be okay if she wakes up. We are going to keep her monitered and if there is any change I will let you know. Mac: Can she have visitors? (Lucky looks up with hope in his eyes) Joe: One visitor at a time! Lucky&Mac: Okay! Some office somewhere: Faison sits at a desk staring at two pictures. One was of Anna and the other Robin. Faison: I couldn't have you Anna but I will have you Robin!! (He lets out the smoke of his cigar) The Hospital: Luke and Felicia come running into the waiting room. Felicia:(Rushing into Mac's arms) OH God Mac, I came as soon as I heard. How is Robin? Mac: She uh isn't awake yet.(Tears start flowing down his face) Which isn't a good sign. She inhaled lots of smoke so they have her on oxygen. When she fell in the bathroom she hit her head and has a slight concussion. She needs to wake-up! Felicia: Oh Mac. Luke:(Looking around the waiting room) Where's my son? Mac: In with Robin. Robin's Room: You see Lucky sitting by Robin's bedside holding her hand. Robin is laying there looking lifeless, tired, and small. It kills Lucky to see Robin like this. Lucky: Hey baby, the doctors say that you need to wake-up. (Sobbing softly) Can you do that for me huh? When we were at the compound after Faison would show us one of the tapes or did something else really depressing you would ask me what I was going to do when I got out of there. You are always like that you know? It was never if we get out of here it was when we get out of here. When you first asked me the only thing I wanted to do was get back to Liz, get her away from Nikky but as time went on I didn't want that anymore. I don't know exactly when it changed,but it did. The things I want now are different. I want to be with you (Pause) always and forever. I want to marry you, wake-up next to you every morning and go to sleep next to you every night. I want to have a family with you. I just want you! But you need to wake-up so I can tell you this. I promise you that Faison will be taken care of and we can live a normal life! You know you never really told me what you wanted when ever I asked you. What do you want with your future Robin Scorpio? Waiting Room: Mac: Where's Sonny? Not that I have a problem with him not being here, but I would figure its the least he could do for Robin. Luke: Sorry to break it to ya Bubba but he only went to home to make some calls and get securtiy beefed up. He should be here soon. Mac: I don't like how all the sudden he just starts ''caring'' for Robin. Luke: YOu may not want to hear this but he does love her, he just has a weird way of showing it. Robin knows it though. (Mac gives Luke a look that says yeah right) Felicia: Right now that doesn't matter. Robin needs as much love as she can get. Sonny may have made some bad choices but he has always cared for Robin. Mac: There you go defending that criminal! Next thing I kwow you'll have a rally to get Jason and Robin back togather. Felicia: Actually I kinda think that Lucky and Robin are cute togather. Luke: Me too, My cowboy sure does know how to pick the winners. You never know Bubba we could become family. Mac: oh no!!! Felicia: Wouldn't that be great!! (Luke smiles and nods) Mac: Aren't you supposed to be with the girls and Robert in Texas? Felicia: Larua is going with Lu plus I want to stay and help! Mac: I want you in Texas where it is safe with them! Felicia: Mac I am not going anywhere. Mac: It is safer there, Sonny has securtiy already being worked on. It would make me feel so much better if I knew you were safe with the kids. I already have to worry about Robin. Felicia:(She can tell that Mac is serious) I'll go once I know that Robin is okay. mac: Okay its a deal. Now lets see if I can get into see my niece. Luke: Goodluck Bubba! Sonny's PH: Sonny came flying into his Penthouse. he wanted to get to the hospital as fast as he could but he needeed to stop home to get the file on Cesar Faison athat Jonny should have by now. He also wanted to make some calls to Texas, make sure everything was being done to make it safe. Sonny is going through some things in his desk when he heard a noise behind him. there stands Jason looking straight at him waiting for some answers. Sonny:(Suprised and a little annoyed) What are you doing here? Jason: How is Robin, is she okay, is she safe, what happened to her? Sonny: I thought that you didn't care? Jason: You know that isn't true! Sonny:(Not wanting to deal with Jason decides just to tell him) There was I guess you could say warning thid morning. Jason: Robin? What happened to her? Sonny: She was in the shower or just getting out. I'm not sure which. I'm guessing Faison had someone do it. Jason:(Impatiently) Do what? SOnny: First they through bricks up to the bathroom window to break the glass. Then they through another one up, this one was burning. The bathroom caught fire and Robin tried to get out but the door was stuck. Jason: Is she okay? Sonny: Mac, Luke and Lucky had to break the door down. When they got it open they found her unconcious on the floor. Jason:(Practically yelling) Is she going to be okay? Sonny: She is in the hospital, I haven't had a chance to get there yet. Mac and Lucky are with her. Probably Luke and Felicia too now. Jason: I have to see her. (He goes running off) Sonny:(Yelling after him) Don't upset her!!! |
