Chapter 2-

Emily knew that voice, but who was it? Who would know to look for them here? Defiantly not Juan, she had always pretended to be afraid. But the two turns left and one turn right was a direction she had gone with only two people; Lucky and Sly.

"Lucky and Emily, the perfect end to the both of you." The arrogant voice of whomever trapped them said.

"Why? Who are you?" Emily pleased as she feared it was Tom.

"Not who you think." The voice replied. Moments later they could hear the footsteps walking away.

Lucky was watching Emily. She was strong, but afraid. God how he wished he could get her out of here and get her safe. He had just escaped from Faison and Helena. Now some other mental case was after him and this time, he was after Emily as well.

Emily sat down on the cold ground. She could tell Lucky was trying to make sense of this. It could never make sense though. How had all of this turned out this way?

As Emily herself was trying to make sense of this whole ordeal, Lucky had say down besides her and wrapped his arm around her body. His touch sent a multitude of sensations through her body. Most of all she was almost able to completely forget that whey were trapped. She wordlessly moved closer to him, afraid not to feel his touch.

Lucky looked over at the simple figured besides him. He was holding her. Her spend so many lonely nights thinking of her in his arms. Gently he brushes the hair away from her face and looks into those brown eyes that say so much in just one-second. Even though he aches to kiss her, he doesn't. He simply pulls her closer and hugs her.

Emily buries her face in his chest. She can hear his heart beat, a little faster then normal, but this was an intense situation. She couldn't help but remember that line from speed when Annie tells Jack that relationships based on intense situations never last. If anything were to happen between her and Lucky it wouldn't be because of this, at least not her end. She had loved him far too long.

Eventually Lucky and Emily feel asleep. When Emily woke she looked around her and realized she was no longer in the catacombs. She sat up and realized she was on a bed, in a room, it was cold, and had no personality. She looked across the room and there on another bed was Lucky, still sleeping.

Emily climbed off her bed and lightly walked across the room afraid she would trip a sensor or something. When she reached his bed. She sat on her knees and looked at him sleeping. "I love you Lucky. If -- When we get out of here, I'm going to show you exactly how much."

Footsteps echoed from outside the room and Emily ran back to her bed and layed down. As soon as she was situated the door opened and a dark figure stepped in and stayed in the shadows.

"Time to wake up you two. The day is new and we have a lot to do." He said.

Emily sat up and looked towards the figure, 'damn' her mind screamed. His face was hidden in the shadows. "Who are you?" She asked, surprised she was able to keep her voice steady.

"Wouldn't you love to know Miss. Bowen." her captor said.

Bowen? He knew her as Bowen. Who could this be?

"Come on Spencer, wake up!" The captor said, still hiding in the shadows.

Lucky rolled over and opened his eyes, looking around him seeing where he was. His eyes reached Emily and his heart stopped and then fell. He'd gotten her into this awful mess and he would have to get her out of this.

"Who are you?" Lucky asked the captor.

"Lucky, Lucky, Lucky. If I wanted you to know. I would tell you!" the captor exclaimed before leaving.

The moment the door was shut Emily ran over to Lucky. "Do you have any idea who it could be?"

Lucky shook his head. He really wished he did but no one could've found them down there in the catacombs. "Unless it's one of Fusion's men who caught us."

"Faison? Who's that?" Emily asked.

"He's the man that killed Robin's parents and he faked my death and kidnapped me."

"You think that's who's behind this?" Emily asked.

"Yeah, but I'm not really sure. I could be wrong. Besides we always have to expect the unexpected."

"Yeah, I never would've expected to hear you tried to break up my wedding and then you found me on the docks. Why did you do that?" She asked.

"I told you before Emily, I know Juan's not the right guy for you."

"Of course."

The door opened again and a woman walked in. She was tall, and thin, but still curvy. She stepped into the light and both Lucky and Emily gasped when they saw her.
